Medium: pen and colored pencils
To save time, I'm puting what colors I use to traditionally color my characters in their refs. (using prismacolor premiers or verathins). These colors are not usually the ones used in the ref. as it usually takes me a few times coloring the character to find the best combination. Past mistakes also noted.
Colors:
Increasingly, cool greys
Beige
White
Beige+ sienna brown+ cool grey hooves
Warm grey hooves
Dark umber eyes
Past mistakes:
Drawing pattern with graphite pencil.
She is now a reverse dapple. Thank you, tired-brain-coloring.
She's probably going to be white by the time she's three.
